Pick Yourself Up

Have you had something happen recently that caused your emotions to run wild or became very upset in not knowing how to deal with your situation?  These things happen!  In fact, life is full of them so the faster you learn how to deal with it, the faster your life will improve.

In most situations you have a close friend or a family member supporting you no matter what you do.  This is great, but may not strengthen you enough to prepare for anything.  Your best bet is to pick yourself up.

When you become reliant on others, you discourage your own instincts and consciousness from reacting to whatever it is that you are dealing with and almost force yourself to seek help and support from another.

You are stronger than you think!  You can do it on your own!  I'm not saying don't talk about it and I'm not saying refuse the comfort of friends and family, but you will become a stronger person by allowing your mind to control the outcomes rather than just being upset about it.  Stop feeling sorry for yourself.  Nobody has sympathy for that.  Instead, they will admire you if they see you trying to do something about it.

Try sitting back and looking at the situation from another perspective.  Think about all who are involved and how this situation seems to them.  Does that help?  Of course it does, because it opens your mind to understand the situation better when you see it from all angles.  Only then will you be able to figure out what went wrong and why.

More to follow.  Stay Tuned!  Best of Luck!
